Bob White, CWS® Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor


















Bob combines his extensive financial and business background with his knowledge of personal and business planning to develop financial strategies to meet the needs of our clients. He has spent over 35 years in business management and financial services. You will find that Bob is extremely dedicated to his clients and the communities he serves. He holds Series 7 and 66 licenses in 39 states as well as a Montana Insurance License.

Through over 20 years with D.A. Davidson, Bob has built a Wealth Management practice, WhitePeak Wealth Management, serving a diverse clientele of individuals and institutions. Bob and his team of financial professionals are committed to educating businesses and individuals on the importance of sound financial management. He stresses a disciplined, long-term process required for success. He is well known for his “Bucket Theory” of managing financial risk.

His commitment to service stretches throughout numerous organizations and boards. He currently serves as Director and Investment Committee Chairman for the Kalispell Regional Healthcare Board. Past service includes Chairman of the Kalispell Regional Healthcare Foundation, President of Northridge Lutheran Church, Kalispell Community Center, Flathead Youth Foundation and Samaritan House, a local homeless shelter. Bob is a native Montanan, was raised in the Flathead Valley and returned with his family as a seasoned professional in finance. He received his BA degree with honors in Economics from the University of Montana.

He lives near Kalispell with his wife, Laura and daughter Victoria, who all enjoy what Western Montana has to offer including skiing, hiking, and summers on the lake.


Erika K. Dorrington, AWMA, FPQP™ Senior Financial Advisor


















Erika joined D.A. Davidson in 2007 as a Client Associate and then served as the Kalispell Branch Operations Manager prior to accepting her current role as Financial Advisor. Her professionalism and dedication to the financial planning process is evident to our clients.  To further her knowledge in Financial Planning, Erika has earned the certification as a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ and the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor AWAMA® designation.

Erika’s primary focus is financial planning for our private clients and enjoys helping clients develop a disciplined and comprehensive financial plan to reach their goals in the every stage of their lives. She holds Series 7 and 66 licenses in 39 states as well as a Montana Insurance License.

Erika earned a B.A. In Communications, emphasis in Public Relations, and a minor in Music from Pacific Lutheran University. She has taught voice and piano lessons, served on the Board of Directors of the Glacier Symphony & Chorale, and has enjoyed singing in the Glacier Chorale.

Both Montana natives, Erika and her husband, Ben, enjoy all outdoor activities the Flathead Valley has to offer. You can find them skiing on the slopes of Big Mountain, hiking in Glacier Park, floating and fishing the rivers of the Flathead, all while keeping up with their two sons, Logan and Derek.


Zach Barber, Financial Advisor


















Zach joined D.A. Davidson in 2018 and brings his finance and insurance background to the WhitePeak team. Zach grew up in the Flathead Valley before graduating from Concordia College in Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance and competing on the wrestling team. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Zach worked with Horace Mann providing insurance and financial solutions to educators across Montana, Minnesota and North Dakota. Zach focuses on servicing retirement plans, plan participants, and private clients. He holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses in 39 states as well as a Montana Insurance License.

Zach enjoys Montana’s beautiful Flathead Valley where he spends time hiking, skiing, and on the lake. He is a member of the Kalispell Daybreak Rotary Club and  looks forward to creating new relationships in the communities we serve.


Laura A. White, CPFA, CWS®  Associate Financial Advisor


















Laura joined the WhitePeak team in 2008 to manage retirement plans served in Montana and the Western United States. Laura is a Certified Wealth Strategist® and the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor.  Laura brings over 15 years of experience in financial services, including work with New York Life and MassMutual, to help clients develop a plan for their financial future. She holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 licenses in 39 states as well as a Montana Insurance License.Laura is focused on educating individuals about their employer sponsored retirement plans. Her passion for listening and guiding individuals to the benefits of retirement savings is evident to all she serves.

Laura grew up in Alaska, graduated from Alaska Pacific University with a BA in Communications and represented Alaska in the Miss America Pageant. She later earned her Broadcast Meteorological Certification from Mississippi State University, working as a television meteorologist for 15 years before returning to her first career in financial services.  In her free time, you can find Laura skiing, mountain biking, and hiking with her husband Bob and daughter Victoria.


Dylan Leese, Client Associate




















Dylan joined D.A. Davidson in 2021 while studying at the University of Montana. He later joined the WhitePeak team after receiving his Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Business Finance. 

Dylan is passionate about helping others, which led him to pursue a career in finance. He is a native Montanan, born and raised in the Flathead Valley. He is looking forward to coaching the local lacrosse team, and excited to get further involved in the great community we all share.

Dylan also enjoys all the outdoor activities Montana has to offer. His favorite pass-times include snowboarding up on Big Mountain, golfing with friends, and time on Flathead Lake with family.


Hillary Willett, Client Associate




















Hillary joined D.A. Davidson in 2023 as a Client Associate. She has an A.A.S in Business Administration from FVCC and comes with administrative experience in healthcare.      

Hillary grew up in Billings and moved to the valley in 2013 where she enjoys taking advantage of the beautiful lakes, mountains, and campgrounds. She loves to play board games and watch movies with her family and friends. Hillary serves as the Treasurer of Christ Church Episcopal and as a member of their Foundation Board as well as a volunteer youth leader.
